RECEPTIONISTS
We are seeking individuals capable of professionally handling multiple responsibilities. Candidates must have excellent people skills and a pleasant phone voice. Must be able to multi-task with confidence and professional demeanor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance. Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties. Receptionists must have mobility and stamina to lift bags of dog food weighing 30 pounds.
VETERINARY TECHNICIANS/ASSISTANTS
Technicians will be responsible for all aspects of patient care, outpatient care, critical care, IV catheter placement, radiology, laboratory specimen collection and analysis, anesthesia administration and monitoring, surgical assistance, dental care, cleint communication and education, pharmacy, hospital equipment and instrument maintenance, inventory and daily treatment of hospitalized patients. Technicians must have mobility and stamina to lift and/or move heavy pets and objects.
KENNEL WORKERS
Kennel workers are responsible, but not limited to animal handling, bathing and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, and waste disposal. Kennel workers must have mobility and stamina to lift and/or move heavy pets and objects.
