EMERGENCY & URGENT CARE
Lakeside Animal Hospital is equipped to handle most emergency situations. During our regularly scheduled hours we take all emergencies, within our medical capacity, first before our regularly scheduled appointments. However, Lakeside Animal Hospital is not an emergency hospital. Some emergency patients require more extensive treatment and must be transferred to either a specialist or to an emergency facility after being stabilized. Those emergencies and others that happen during closed hours are referred to the locations listed below. These are fully staffed emergency, trauma, and critical care hospitals.
